All Free YouTube Downloader is a video downloader and converter. As you might have deduced, it is absolutely free. It does try to install a toolbar during installation, which, I am taking it, brings in some revenue for the developers, but you can choose not to install it by unchecking a few boxes.

The main window gives you access to the two main features of this application: the downloader and the converter. The video downloader allows you to paste one or several YouTube.com URLs and download them. It supports batch downloads and you can prefer videos of high-quality, which means that if a high-quality version of the video you are trying to download is available, it will be downloaded. When I tried this app, the video downloader did not work.

The video converter did work, and it has quite a few conversion profiles for you to use. It also works as a wizard. You first add the file that you want to convert, which has to be in FLV format, and in the next step you choose the format for conversion. There is a video player that allows you to preview the videos before conversion.

All in all, if the downloader in this suite worked, it would be a great tool. Future updates might fix this application. YouTube downloaders get broken all the time due to updates on YouTube.com.
